Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Wetware Labs LLC related to your account, project status, appointment confirmations, service updates, billing notifications, and customer support communications. This is a transactional and conversational messaging program. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you have engaged. You may receive messages on an as-needed basis tied to your projects and account events.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Wetware Labs is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through our website forms, signing a service agreement that includes SMS consent, or texting a keyword to our number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided or have authority to consent on behalf of the subscriber.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive additional SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers.
4. Use of Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from SEO, automation, or marketing services, as results depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wetware Labs LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
